Edge Bar + Boutique - Elk River, Minnesota
Side note: Today started off great! My daughter Kenley had forgotten an assignment at school that I was supposed to sign so we went early to take care of it. Our policy here is whenever I have to accommodate her forgetfulness, she buys me a latte! Win win. And big surprise, along with most designers I also use coffee as a life source.
One of our favorite local coffee spots is Edge Bar + Boutique in the heart of downtown Elk River. We anticipated the opening for many months and let me tell you, the Elk Pride was worth the wait!
If you’ve been to Edge, you already know that there is already a lot of ideas and creativity constantly brewing there, which made this collab a really fun project. Beginning with banner designs to be placed at local venues that host sports and geofenced digital ads, these designs are a perfect blend of Edge Bar + Boutique, sports, and local Elk River nods.
To achieve this design, here’s an example of how I take multiple elements to blend together into one perfect image. Edge Bar + Boutique has unique and stunning interiors, all designed by Construction2Style. Because it’s iconic and recognizable, it is essential to be included in marketing efforts for The Edge.
Similar to the baseball design above, these next designs also include important elements such as a nod to Elk River Hockey.
